Check your internet connection
Make sure your connection can upload your answers.
Each answer uploads after you press Submit. A 1-minute answer is about 5 to 10 MB.
Quick check
- Open fast.com and press Show more info.
- Look at Upload. 2 Mbps or more is enough.
Make it faster
- Move closer to the Wi-Fi router.
- Pause cloud backups, downloads, and video streams.
- Turn off a VPN.
- On a phone, try mobile data instead of weak Wi-Fi.
If an upload fails, see the upload stopped.
